INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING SERVICE:
In addition to submitting the online service request form below, please kindly email the following requirements
to: help@leatherguard.co.za
1. Copy of your Original Retailer Sales Invoice reflecting details of the x-shield warranty / protection plan and furniture purchased.
2. Copy of your X-Shield application certificate or protection plan registration certificate.
3. Detailed photographs of the area(s) of damage / stains / soiling on the item(s) requiring service.
